"Very disappointed with State Farm, the adjusters are HORRIBLE. We got side swiped by a young guy that admitted he was at fault. The young guy also had State Farm but later lied to the adjuster and said it was not his fault. The adjuster called us to tell us he had to believe him because he started the claim. Which is absolutely ridiculous. The adjuster didn’t even bother to obtain the police report he said he didn’t need it. After I tried to dispute it and sent over the police report where it stated the young man was distracted and at fault. He called my husband and started yelling at him (recorded it) that it didn't change anything because the policeman was not present the time of the accident. They can send me all the thank you and birthday cards they want. If they’re not there when it truly matters it means NOTHING! I’m on the search for another insurance because I’m terrified of getting in an accident, don’t trust they will pay for our vehicle."
